Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Critical Care to deliver holistic patient care and collaborate across disciplines. This role includes independent and delegated duties within assigned units, with emphasis on planning and evaluating patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a nursing degree from an accredited program, with BSN preferred, and at least 3 years in RN Critical Care. On-site shifts are Day/Evening 10 hours, with weekend duties every 3rd weekend.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to patients and families across units.
• Coordinate care among disciplines and delegate activities as appropriate.
• Develop and revise the customer’s plan of care and evaluate outcomes.
• Lead and participate in practice improvements and standards.
