Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Documents steps of the nursing process and uses medical terminology appropriately.
• Facilitates patient discharge with referrals and education tailored to age and cultural factors.
• Collaborates with disciplines and participates in unit PI and educational activities.
