Tristar Health in Murfreesboro, TN seeks an experienced RN to provide immediate postoperative care for surgical patients. You will monitor airway, cardiac and neurological status, manage wounds, and respond to complications with evidence-based practices.

Collaborating with surgical teams, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary staff, you will document patient progress, educate families, and participate in on-call coverage during select non-business hours.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Experience in postoperative/surgical units preferred.
• BLS/ACLS certification desirable.
