Job summary

Monterey Surgery Center in the United States is seeking a dedicated PACU Registered Nurse to join our Peri-Anesthesia Care Unit. The RN will monitor patients post-surgery, assess vital signs, manage pain, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe recoveries.

Candidates must hold an active RN license in CA or be eligible, have BLS, PALS and ACLS, and demonstrate strong perioperative knowledge, communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in CA or the ability to obtain one
• BLS, PALS and ACLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing care principles and practices

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
