Qualifications

• Active RN in the State of IL (Required)
• ADN degree required
• ACLS, BLS/CPR and PALS certifications required (within specified timeframes)
• RN-Registered Nurse licensed in Illinois

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients’ conditions and care delivery through direct observation and data input.
• Cares for patients preoperative and postoperative.
• Collaborates with physicians and health care team to address patient issues.
• Coordinates bed and patient care assignments during shifts.
• Documents and reports care to physicians and team members.
• Provides patient teaching using available tools and resources.
