Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR trained per AHA guidelines.
• 0-6 months experience required; 1-2 years preferred.
• May be an RN student with clinical rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care as delegated by clinicians.
• Measure and document vital signs and intake/output.
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Maintain a safe, clean patient environment.
• Communicate observations to the RN.
