Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current KY Nurse Aide Certification, or completion of first year of Nursing program with clinical validation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients after recovery.
• Assist patients with hygiene and daily care while preserving dignity.
• Support with bowel/bladder care and I&O documentation.
• Assist with dressing, transfers, and positioning for meals.
• Support feeding and hydration and provide snacks as needed.
• Document input in patient chart every two hours and assist with ambulation.
