Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license is required.
• 1 year RN experience; substitution: Formal Nursing Program may substitute for the Associate Degree.
• ACLS, BLS, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support required within specified timeframes.

Responsabilidades

• Care for patients using the nursing process and manage more complex patients with minimal assistance.
• Identify personal learning needs to remain competent and assist others to develop skills.
• Initiate and demonstrate leadership behaviors to improve patient outcomes and participate in PI/QI activities.
• Support quality improvement/research initiatives within the department.
