This role leads daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure safe, timely recovery after surgery, while mentoring RN staff and driving a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to evidence-based practice, with the ability to manage budgets and promote continuous quality improvement
