Insight Institute of Neuroscience & Neurosurgery (IINN) seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our PACU & Med Surgery team. The role focuses on perianesthesia care, pre- and post-operative support, and maintaining a safe, professional PACU environment in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in Nursing, Michigan RN licensure, and BCLS; ACLS within 60 days of hire is required. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• An Associate degree from a school of nursing is required.
• Current licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Current BCLS certification.
• RN has 60 days from hire to obtain ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Directs and/or provides professional perianesthesia nursing care for an assigned group of patients across the age continuum.
• Provides clinical care to patients pre and post operatively.
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to direct or provide nursing care.
• Provides supervision and guidance to PACU or pre-operative staff when needed.
• Delivers superior patient care at all times.
• Communicates professionally with staff to support a strong culture.
