Qualifications

• We require current WA State RN license and at least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
• Maintenance of BLS with AHA, and RQI competency post-hire per program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality inpatient nursing care, assess needs, administer medications and monitor patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Prepare patients and families for discharge, optimizing recovery and transition.
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and PACU-related complications per scoring criteria.
