• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance; supports professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other team members and patients, families or caregivers.
• Uses nursing assessment to address physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and population-specific needs of patients.
