St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a RN in the PACU department to float between units as needed. The role involves daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of patient care in collaboration with nursing staff and other health care professionals.

The RN will ensure efficient use of resources, maintain established standards of care, and meet outcomes within an appropriate length of stay. Responsibilities include assisting with Nursing Unit management and documenting patient variances.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current licensure as an RN in West Virginia or a valid compact state license.
• Knowledge of current nursing procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care in PACU in collaboration with nursing staff and health care professionals.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to standards of care with appropriate length of stay.
• Assist with management needs of the Nursing Unit and document variances related to patient needs.
