Azza HealthCare Agency is hiring for a PACU nursing role focused on direct patient care across a fast-paced recovery unit. The position supports neuro, transplant, ortho, ENT, cardiac, vascular, thoracic, trauma, and spine patients with ample development opportunities.

Experience in critical care is preferred, and the role offers a career ladder with leadership and pay increases as you grow within the unit.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing; RN licensure required.
• No prior experience necessary; Bachelor's degree and two years of experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work safely and attentively in a high-pressure environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within standards of nursing practice.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
• Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to care.
