You will partner with management to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient patient flow, while supporting staff development and adherence to policies and standards.

Qualifications

• RN license or eligibility required.
• Critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Leadership experience highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the unit.
• Collaborates with managers to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Operates nursing strategies to boost engagement, including hourly rounds and staff interactions.
• Provides input on interviewing, hiring, training, and performance actions.
• Assists with staff scheduling and productivity management.
• Assists with inventory control and supplies/equipment management.
