• Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop and implement treatment plans.
• Coordinate care, refer to community resources, and advocate for Veterans and families.
• Deliver crisis intervention and group/individual therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
