AWARE Inc. in Butte, MT is seeking a Team Psychiatric Nurse (RN) to join the PACT team. The role starts at $40.00 per hour and is full-time, with duties including direct patient care, case management, and coordination with families and providers.

The successful candidate will hold a nursing degree and Montana RN license, bring experience in psychiatric care, and demonstrate strong communication and collaborative skills in a supportive health environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in nursing with an RN license.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing or behavioral health is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsabilités

• Identify individual needs through in-person assessment with individuals and families.
• Explain rights to confidentiality and informed consent; discuss risks and benefits of treatment.
• Coordinate services, develop care plans, and monitor progress with interdisciplinary teams.
• Lead case reviews and participate in crisis intervention when needed.
• Maintain required clinical and administrative documentation and service plans.
