Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.

• Graduate of a nursing program approved by accrediting bodies (ACEN/CCNE).
• Possible pathways for bridge programs and licensure prior to permanent appointment.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in the United States or District of Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, evidence-based nursing care.
• Lead and participate in PACT implementation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coach staff and support inter-disciplinary teamwork.
• Support unit-based governance and clinical practice guidelines.
• Promote PACT principles through education, coaching, and performance improvement.
