Job summary

Washington - DC VA Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver professional, evidence-based nursing care to Veterans within the VA Health Care System. The RN will collaborate with the PACT team to develop and implement individualized care plans and coordinate transitions between VA and non-VA healthcare services.
