Job summary

Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage, CA is seeking a RIS/PACS Analyst to maintain and support Picture Archiving and Communication Systems, RIS, CPACS, and related imaging workflows. You will work with radiology, cardiology, and IS staff to ensure data integrity and reliable access to imaging studies.

Required: Associate’s degree in IT or healthcare, or 2 years of related experience; CA driver license. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and IT/healthcare certifications (DICOM, Radiant, Cupid).

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT or healthcare field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or healthcare field preferred.
• CA driver license required; IT or healthcare certifications expected within 1 year of hire/promotion.
• 3 years of combined experience in healthcare and technology; or 5 years in healthcare/technology in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies.
• Supports day-to-day activities for RIS, PACS, CPACS systems and related modules.
• Assist radiologists, technologists and staff with hanging protocols, exam filters, and reporting modules.
• Configures connectivity between imaging modalities and PACS; troubleshoots issues with minimal guidance.
• Installs software and trains physicians and staff on applications and workflows.
• Troubleshoots interface errors with Radiology and Cardiology systems.
• Maintains radiology, cardiology, and imaging reports; supports process improvements.
