Illinois Bone and Joint Institute is seeking a PACS Manager to lead the administration, support, and optimization of the organization’s Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) environment. You will oversee imaging workflows, data accessibility, and system reliability to support clinical operations and patient care.

The role requires 5+ years of PACS experience, leadership skills, and deep knowledge of imaging platforms, MyChart integrations, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PACS administration or imaging systems experience.
• Experience supporting PACS integrations and imaging workflows.
• Strong understanding of healthcare imaging operations.
• Experience leading teams or technical operational functions.
• Experience with MyChart imaging integrations.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operation, support, and optimization of PACS systems and imaging platforms.
• Manage imaging archives, storage workflows, retention standards, and data accessibility.
• Coordinate upgrades, maintenance activities, and lifecycle planning for imaging systems.
• Manage integrations between PACS, imaging modalities, EHRs, and clinical applications.
• Lead, mentor, and develop PACS staff and imaging support personnel.
