Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC in Park Ridge, IL, seeks a Manager, PACS to lead imaging IT operations and ensure reliability of the Picture Archiving and Communication System across departments.

You will oversee PACS administration, integrations with MyChart and EHR systems, and coordinate with clinical leaders, infrastructure, and vendors to optimize workflows and data security in a high-availability environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PACS administration or imaging systems experience.
• Experience supporting PACS integrations, imaging workflows, and clinical systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare imaging operations and associated technologies.
• Experience leading teams or technical operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation, support, and optimization of PACS systems and imaging platforms.
• Ensure system availability, performance, reliability, and operational continuity.
• Manage imaging archives, storage workflows, retention standards, and data accessibility.
• Coordinate upgrades, maintenance activities, and lifecycle planning for imaging systems.
• Manage integrations between PACS, imaging modalities, EHR systems, and associated clinical applications.
