Prime Packouts of Nashville LLC seeks a Packout Technician to pack, photograph, inventory, clean, and move customer contents affected by water, fire, or other damages. You will enter data into inventory systems and assist with on-site packouts, requiring stamina and attention to detail.

The role emphasizes careful handling of items, teamwork with drivers and project managers, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior restoration, moving, warehouse, or packout experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inventory procedures.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfort working in damaged structures, tight spaces, and various conditions.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if driving duties assigned).
• Strong organization and teamwork.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use tablets, phones, or inventory software for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Pack, wrap, and protect contents following company standards.
• Photograph and document each item for inventory tracking.
• Load, transport, unload, and position contents in storage vaults or at job sites.
• Assist with cleaning and restoring contents using approved methods and equipment.
• Label boxes, bins, and vaults for accurate organization.
• Help lift furniture, appliances, and other heavy items as part of the packout.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area on site and in facilities.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Provide professional communication and customer service during on-site packouts.
• Collaborate with packout team, drivers, and project managers.
