Job summary

Prime Packouts of Boise LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Packout Technician to pack, photograph, inventory, clean, and move customer contents after property losses. You will work in customers’ homes and facilities, following safety procedures and company standards.

No formal experience required, but reliability, ability to lift 50–75 lbs, and comfort with messy environments are expected. Training is provided with opportunities for overtime and career growth within a fast-expanding team.

Qualifications

• Prior restoration, moving, warehouse, or packout experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inventory procedures.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Pack, wrap, and protect contents following company standards.
• Photograph and document items for inventory tracking.
• Load, transport, unload, and position contents in storage vaults or at job sites.
• Assist with cleaning and restoring contents using approved methods.
