This role goes beyond scheduling. You'll coordinate field crews, manage project timelines, oversee quality, track customer belongings, maintain accurate job documentation, and keep homeowners and restoration partners informed throughout the process.

We're looking for someone who knows how to keep jobs moving, lead people in the field, solve problems, and take ownership of results. You'll work directly with restoration company project managers, homeowners, technicians, and company leadership to deliver quality work while keeping projects organized, efficient, and profitable.

  • Track labor, packing materials, transportation, cleaning, warehouse handling, and storage.

  • Prepare documentation to support estimates, invoices, supplements, and extended storage charges.

  • Keep project records current so jobs can be accurately billed and closed out.

Customer & Restoration Partner Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners and referring restoration companies.

  • Provide timely updates on project progress, cleaning, storage, scheduling, and delivery.

  • Coordinate pack-backs with restoration timelines and confirm the home is ready before returning belongings.

  • Document important conversations, resolve routine issues, and elevate disputes or decisions when needed.

  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with customers, technicians, vendors, and business partners.

  • Strong attention to detail with inventories, photographs, job documentation, and cost tracking.

  • The ability to make decisions, solve problems, and follow through without constant supervision.

  • Comfort using computer systems, mobile applications, and digital documentation tools.
