NOVO Health Services is hiring a Packout/Load Builder for our Louisville, KY facility. You will load linen items by client order, ensuring correct products and counts are placed on the proper cart for delivery to healthcare institutions.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to read tickets, operate a handheld scanner, and work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Education, GED and formal education / training preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and the willingness to learn new computer applications.
• Good analytical skills in order to be able to determine number of carts required for orders.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or service industry.
• Ability to work in a noisy fast paced environment.
• Ability to count items and verify against prepared lists.
• Demonstrated customer service and organization skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Builds bulk carts by filling it with the individual linen product.

Job Title: Packout/Load Builder

NOVO Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packout/Load Builder to join our team at the Louisville, KY facility. Join a collaborative team that provides high-quality service to healthcare partners across the region.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Load Builder is responsible for loading various types of linen items according the individual clients order, in proper order and to the correct cart prior to delivery to the institution

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to climb, stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and stack individual items for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 - 50 pounds during loading and unloading of truck.
• Ability to push or pull a cart that may weigh 100 pounds and use simple tools.
