Perfect Placement Group is seeking Production / Packline Associates for a Butler, Indiana steel processing plant. This direct-hire role offers a stable 4-day/10-hour schedule on 1st or 2nd shift, with a starting pay of $18-$20 per hour plus a $1/hour shift differential on the second shift.

You will prepare finished material for shipment, secure bundles, check labels, and help keep operations safe and efficient.
