Perfect Placement Group is recruiting Production / Packline Associates for an established, family-owned steel processing manufacturer in Butler, Indiana.
This can be a strong opportunity for someone with a stable work history who is comfortable in an industrial environment, wants a consistent schedule, and would like the opportunity to learn additional manufacturing skills over time.
This is direct hire with the company, not a temporary assignment.
Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM as production requires
Monday-Thursday: 4:30 PM-3:00 AM
Friday: 4:30 PM-1:0 AM as production requires
Second shift includes a $1/hour shift differential.
The core schedule is four 10-hour days. During higher-volume periods, Friday overtime may be required.
Packline employees work at the end of the steel-processing operation preparing finished material for shipment to customers.
