SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: 1st shifts 5:00 am- 1:00 pm. Must be willing and able to work Mandatory OT on off days as necessary.

STARTING PAY: $19.82 per hour

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Carefully pack aluminum extrusion products in accordance with company packing standards.

Label packages accurately and ensure all shipping documents are completed correctly.

Assist in organizing and storing finished goods in the warehouse.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely shipment of products.

Inspect packing materials for quality and report any issues to supervisors.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Work Environment / Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and always without air conditioning.

REQUIRED TO HAVE:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labeling.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).

Basic understanding of shipping processes and procedures is a plus.

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisor/team leader.

Must be able to pass company background check and drug screen.
