Job summary

RTX is seeking a Material Associate I in Burnsville, MN to join the shipping team. You will work on the packing bench, ensure correct packaging and labeling, and process shipments in SAP while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education.
• U.S. Person status as defined by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review shipping documentation and packaging instructions for orders.
• Ensure parts are properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
• Apply correct packaging, marking methods, and identify items during handling.
• Process shipments in the SAP system and create customer portal entries.
• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and perform daily 5S and cleaning.
