Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills for labor and production reporting.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing production demands.
• Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products into boxes, bags, cartons, and other packaging materials.
• Measure, weigh, and count products to ensure accuracy.
• Apply labels and packaging identification as required.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure only quality products are packaged.
• Examine containers and packaging materials to verify they are free from damage.
• Record labor and production information in the computer system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
