Our Production Operators are the feeder group for all production-based operator positions within various production departments, which include Unloading, Dry Pet Processing, and Dry Pet Packing. Team members go through a training period and afterwards will be moved to one of several critical factory positions to operate, including Extruder Operator, Utility, Packing Operator, etc.

In this position, you will enjoy competitive weekly pay starting at$30.56 an hourduring the new hire probation period and increasing to$36.90 an hourwhen the probationary period has been successfully completed.

• Perform changeovers for various sizes and products on each line.
• Troubleshoot and complete preventative maintenance/clean and inspect checklist for equipment.
• Effectively work with interdepartmental personnel to maintain a good flow of safety, quality, and production information throughout the plant.

Pay: $30.56 per hour

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
