Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Location: Monroe, WA 98272

Shift: Swing Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay Range: $18 – $20 per hour (DOE)

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain packing machinery in a food production environment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders
• Diagnose equipment issues by observing and listening to machines in operation
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs as needed
• Communicate equipment status and issues clearly across shifts and teams
• Support the packing team during smooth machine operation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience operating and maintaining industrial machinery (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills
• Highly motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and within a fast-paced team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs)
• Forklift certification (preferred)
• Ability to speak, read, and write English; Spanish language skills are a plus
