Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Ogden, UT is seeking a Packing Lead for the grave shift to supervise packing line personnel and maintain efficient production flow. You will monitor performance, train new employees, ensure GMPs and safety standards are followed, and uphold food safety and quality requirements.

This full-time role offers a starting pay around $29.84 per hour, with benefits and paid time off. You will join a diverse team and contribute to the company’s commitment to safe, high-quality packaged

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee packing line employees and manage staffing levels.
  • Monitor performance, coach, and recognize strong work.
  • Ensure GMP, safety procedures, and company policies are followed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary production environment.
