Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Packing Lead for the Ogden Plant on the 2nd shift (2:30 pm–11:00 pm, Mon–Fri with some Saturdays). You will supervise packing line staff, ensure smooth production, and uphold GMPs and safety.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, prior food manufacturing experience, and strong communication skills. Competitive pay and benefits are offered with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packing line employees and ensure efficient production flow.
• Manage staffing levels, assign workstations, and train new employees.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and recognize strong performance.
• Ensure GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies are followed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, defense, and quality standards; perform other duties as assigned.
