Job summary

Industrial Supply is seeking a Warehouse Packing Supervisor in Salt Lake City to oversee daily packing operations, ensuring customer orders are packed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will lead and support your team while maintaining a safe, organized, and positive work environment.

You will coach and develop the packing team, coordinate staffing and scheduling, monitor productivity, and collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Dependable, organized and detail-oriented candidate.
• Ability to motivate employees and lead by example.
• Basic math and familiarity with warehouse scanners.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and support continuous improvement.
