Job summary

Vomela Commercial Group in Englewood, CO is seeking a Packing Lead to oversee daily packing operations and direct the packing team to meet production targets. You will verify incoming goods against purchase orders and ensure proper labeling and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or receiving experience in a production environment.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to read work orders and packing instructions.
• Familiarity with basic computer tasks (email, some knowledge of Excel).
• Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure.
• Ability to accurately compute proportional measurements and spacing using a ruler or tape measure.

• Monitor inventory levels for packaging materials; assist with physical inventory counts and restocking
• Ensure accurate entry of labor hours and maintain records, logs, and quality standards
• Collaborate with leadership to set schedules, assign tasks, and resolve workflow issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all company policies
• Other duties as assigned

Job Summary
