Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore in Texas seeks a field technician to pack and wrap customers' belongings for storage, while using inventory and scanning software daily. You will maintain open communication with the office and document progress with photos for clients and insurers.

The role requires reading and following product labels, punctuality in uniform, and a valid Texas driver's license. It also includes on-call rotation for emergencies and work in challenging conditions.

Responsibilities

• Packing and wrapping customers' belongings to be moved into their storage location.
• Utilize the Company's inventory and scanning software on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintain daily communication on job progress with office personnel.
• Obtain proper photo documentation and communicate with customers throughout job progress.
• Document written list and photos of non-salvageable items to provide to insurance companies as needed.
• Clean affected structures and contents as needed following fire and/or water losses, and following construction work.
• Must be able and willing to work in extreme weather conditions (cold, heat,) and in homes without power.
• Mandatory on-call rotation for emergency losses
