Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is hiring a Production Associate in Waynesville to pack thermoformed trays, inspect for quality, and support production flow. You will tend the trim press and pack station, fill labels, and move materials with pallet jacks.

The role requires reading manufacturing instructions, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Willingness to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pack thermoformed trays quickly, safely and accurately.
• Inspect stacks of parts for defects and ensure quality.
• Tend trim press and pack station equipment.
• Fill out labels and flow bills correctly.
• Use pallet jacks to move skids of product in warehouse.
• Assist line operators and train new employees as needed.
