Job summary

Gotham Greens is seeking a Packhouse Lead to coordinate daily packing operations at our Monroe facility. You will train Packhouse Production Assistants and Machine Operators, enforce GMPs, and ensure accurate documentation and production flow.

A strong leader with clear communication will drive safety and efficiency on the packing lines. You will oversee changeovers, monitor pack times and case counts, and collaborate with Harvest/QC and supervision to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Packhouse Production Assistants and Packhouse Machine Operators on packing procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain food safety and GMP compliance; document daily logs and verifications.
• Coordinate with the Packhouse Supervisor for production flow and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity, manage changeovers, and minimize downtime.
