Job description

We are looking for detail-oriented and task-driven Packer/Warehouse Associate to join our client’s team in Carrollton, Texas. This role involves order filling, processing shipments, and basic warehouse duties, with an emphasis on safety and precision. If you're interested in this opportunity, we'd love to hear from you. Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Second shift, 12 Noon-8:30pm
Plus Overtime, Occasional Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging of material to customer requirements
• Daily machine operation to produce parts to customer specifications
• Work order confirmation on computer
• Operating an overhead crane, forklift, and side loader to move material as needed
• Truck loading/unloading
• All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work extended shifts and occasional Saturdays
• Ability to work safely and carefully around heavy machinery
• Successfully pass a skills-based assessment - evaluates your reading, math, inspections & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Some experience working in a warehouse and manufacturing setting
• Forklift/side-loader experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate the Overhead crane preferred
• Basic computer skills and/or comfort using a computer
