Join to apply for the Packer (Thermoforming) role at TOPPAN Packaging Americas.

Hours: 6:45 am - 7:15 pm / 6:45 pm - 7:15 am - 4 days on / 4 days off

Location: Plant City, FL

While reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, as a Packer, you will be responsible for packing thermoformed trays quickly and safely. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to succeed. You should have a proven record of success in a fast-paced environment, work well with various teams, and have a good eye for spotting defects in the packing line. Pride in your hands-on, analytical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensuring safety by following safety guidelines, including documentation or inspections, and wearing safety gear like gloves and safety glasses.
• Working with a mission-driven approach.
• Having at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment (field work acceptable).
• Adopting a “get it done” attitude with urgency in resolving problems/tasks.
• Working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding our products and their quality requirements.
• Being reliable, proactive, committed, and quality-focused.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs as needed.
• Working effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Performing repetitive duties, including going up and down stairs and standing for long periods.
• Maintaining high craftsmanship and attention to detail while working quickly.
