Amcor Limited in Sterling, MA is hiring a Packer/Inspector I for a rotating 12-hour schedule (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.). This full-time position starts at $16.70 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED.

You will examine and pack products, ensure quality, follow safety guidelines, and maintain production records. The role demands good vision, manual dexterity, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and write to complete required forms and verify quality products are produced.

Responsabilités

• Observes and follows all safety regulations.
• Packs polyethylene bags/liners per specifications and counts per box.
• Checks quality for width, length and seal strength; ensures proper labeling.
• Keeps accurate counts in the computer system and reports issues.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and assists in start-up as required.
