Job summary

Plascore, Inc. is hiring a Panels Packer on 1st shift to clean and package panels, assist operators, and perform final quality inspections. The role offers a starting wage of $18.90 per hour and a special sign-on bonus of $1,200, plus $1,200 over the first year in biweekly increments.

Join a family-owned, global manufacturer serving aerospace, automotive and marine markets. This position is in the Panels division, with a 4:30a–12:30p schedule, Monday through Friday, on-site.

Job description

As a Packer you will clean and package panels, assist saw and press operators, and handle the final quality inspection of all panels that are packed.

$1200 FOR THIS ROLE ONLY.

$100 EVERY 30 DAYS YOU WORK UNTIL 1 YEAR ($1200).

Currently there is an opening for a Packer in our Panels division on 1st shift (4:30a - 12:30p. Monday - Friday)

Panels Packer: Starting at $18.90 per hour on 1st Shift!

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify correct quality, color, and size of product
• Clean product to be packaged
• Load skids and protect product
• Crate finished goods
• Fill out shipment info forms
• Fill out and attach shipping labels
• Assist press and saw operations as needed.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Fill out DMN.
• Assist other departments as necessary
• Read work orders and follow instructions
• Frequently asks production area if they need help.
• Provide the customer with the best value including Cost, Quality, and Delivery.
• Participate in improving our product, processes, equipment, and methods.
• Handle internal and external questions in a prompt professional manner.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Continually looks for ways to improve job efficiency and performance
• Performs all reasonably related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements :

• Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
