• Count, grab, stack, and place filters onto conveyors or in poly bags, maintaining quality standards and production speeds.
• Follow verbal or written instructions.
• Ensure the correct bags are used; load the correct bags onto the tray when necessary.
• Verify filters are centered in the bag as discharged from the auto bagger.
• Check that the lot number and timestamp are on the bags.
• Ensure bags are straight and upright after discharge for proper feeding into the auto sealer.
• Remove unbagged filters from the conveyor and place them into the recycle bin.
• If the sealer belt breaks, turn off the auto bagger and sealer, and inform the lead person and machine operator.
• Place the correct amount of finished units into the master.
• Ability to sit or stand for eight hours.
