Job summary

Publix Super Markets is hiring for a manufacturing associate in Atlanta to support the pie production line. Responsibilities include inspecting and reworking pies, packing and racking products, stocking packing-line supplies, and assisting the packaging operator as needed.

The role requires lifting, safety awareness, and the ability to work across shifts in a fast-paced setting while maintaining strong attendance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift pans or cases with product above shoulder level frequently.
• Can push or pull heavy equipment occasionally.
• Demonstrates GMPs and safe working habits.
• Able to lift 20 pounds frequently and work with minimal supervision.
• Can learn and perform all positions on the line.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with good attendance.
• Communicates effectively and works well with others.
• Willing to work any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Shows enthusiasm and commitment to Publix.

Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
