Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, is hiring a General Labor Packer & Jogger Operator in Wisconsin. You will help prepare, inspect, package and move materials to support safe, efficient production processes and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include jogging printed materials to specs, inspecting labels for quality, packaging and palletizing, and maintaining daily housekeeping with Lean/5S practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Jog printed materials to customer specifications and prepare for cutting/finishing.
• Inspect printed/finished labels to ensure quality standards.
• Band, shrink wrap, package, and palletize finished labels for shipment.
• Assemble corrugated boxes, trays, and other packaging materials.
• Operate pallet jacks and move materials throughout the production area.
• Complete production, quality, and inventory documentation accurately.
