Job summary

MCC Label in Wisconsin is hiring for a General Labor role as a Packer & Jogger Operator to ensure printed materials meet quality standards and to support safe, efficient production processes.

Responsibilities include inspecting labels, packaging, assembling packaging materials, and moving products through the line. The role offers starting pay of $19/hour with 2nd shift and 3rd shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Jog printed materials according to customer specifications and prepare materials for cutting and finishing operations.
• Inspect printed and finished labels to ensure quality standards are met.
• Band, shrink wrap, package, and palletize finished labels for shipment.
• Assemble corrugated boxes, trays, and other packaging materials.
• Operate pallet jacks and move materials throughout the production area.
• Complete production, quality, and inventory documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and organization standards.
• Support an optimized production environment through Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Comply with all established safety, quality, GMP, BRC, HACCP, and company procedures.
• Interact professionally with coworkers and support a positive team environment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
