Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub is hiring for a full-time Packer in the Davie/Miami Gardens area. You will join an on-site inventory team and be responsible for accurate blister-pack packing, labeling with correct lot numbers and BUDs, and maintaining quality throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include verifying lot numbers, counting packs, and staging finished packs for transport, while following safety policies. Prior experience in packing or pharmaceutical production is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with lot numbers and labeling.
• Basic counting and math skills.
• Ability to work at a fast, steady pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Agility and manual dexterity for repetitive hand tasks.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Ability to pass a background check and communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Previous packing/warehouse or pharmaceutical/production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place blister packs of medication into sleeves accurately and efficiently.
• Verify lot numbers are correct and consistent across all packs.
• Produce packs at the required pace, assembling sets of 4 and 2,000–2,500 packs per shift.
• Manually write labels with correct lot number and BUD for each pack.
• Inspect blister packs for damage and remove defective packs.
• Track lot numbers for accurate recordkeeping.
• Count packs and units to meet production and inventory requirements.
• Label completed packs and palletize for transport.
• Assist with occasional inventory counting as needed.
• Maintain attention to detail to catch quality issues before packs leave the station.
• Adhere to safety and quality policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Place blister packs of medication into their sleeves accurately and efficiently

• Manually write labels with the correct lot number and BUD (Beyond-Use Date) for each pack
• Inspect blister packs for damage and remove any defective packs before packaging
• Track lot numbers throughout the packing process to ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Accurately count packs and units to meet production and inventory requirements
• Label completed packs and place them on pallets for staging and transport
• Assist with occasional inventory counting as needed
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to catch quality issues before packs leave the station
• Adhere to all company safety and quality policies and procedures

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).

Schedule: Friday to Monday, 6am - 4:30pm

Work Environment

• On-site role based in Davie and/or Miami Gardens – Inventory Department
• Fast-paced warehouse/production facility setting
• Standing for the entire shift; minimal to no heavy lifting
• Repetitive hand and wrist motion while packing
• Requires sustained focus and accuracy for extended periods, with the ability to catch quality issues in medication packing and labeling

Pay Range: $16 USD - $16 USD
