Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub in Davie and Miami Gardens is hiring a Packer to join our fast-paced, on-site production team. You will accurately assemble blister packs, verify lot numbers, and ensure packs meet quality standards to support timely medication distribution.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, good English, ability to stand all shift, and the capacity to work at a steady pace. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; benefits include 401(k) with match and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and labeling accuracy.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and work at a fast pace.
• English communication; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place blister packs into sleeves accurately and efficiently
• Verify that lot numbers are correct and consistent across all packs
• Produce packs at the required pace, assembling sets of 4 and completing approximately 2,000-2,500 packs per shift
• Manually write labels with the correct lot number and BUD for each pack
• Inspect blister packs for damage and remove defective packs before packaging
• Track lot numbers throughout the packing process to ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Accurately count packs and units to meet production and inventory requirements
• Label completed packs and place them on pallets for staging and transport
• Assist with occasional inventory counting as needed
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to catch quality issues before packs leave the station
• Adhere to all company safety and quality policies and procedures
